By using ForjGather you agree to these terms. ForjGather is operated by ForjFlow LLC ("we", "us").
What ForjGather is
A tool for making animated invitations, sharing them by link, and tracking RSVPs. It is provided as is, and features may change.
Your responsibilities
- Only add guests whose contact details you are allowed to use, and only send invitations to people who would reasonably expect to hear from you.
- Do not use ForjGather for spam, harassment, scams, unlawful content, or anything that harms others.
- Keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Messages you send
Texts and emails you send with ForjGather go out from your own phone or email app, and you are responsible for their content and for following the laws that apply to them. We do not send messages to your guests on your behalf.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us permission to store it and show it to the guests it was made for, so the service can work. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
Our content
The designs, animations, and software are ours or our licensors'. You may use them to make invitations, but not copy or resell them.
Availability and liability
We try to keep ForjGather running but do not promise it will always be available or error free. Please do not rely on it as your only record of event details. To the extent the law allows, ForjFlow LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 if you paid nothing.
Ending use
You may stop using ForjGather any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use ForjGather after a change means you accept it.
